President Mustafa Ali Cavus stated that following the EFA Congress in Poland of which the FEP Party is a member they are carrying our visits to Germany and the Netherlands to fulfil longing and to exchange views on minority issues. The Western Thrace Turkish Minority entrusted to Greece has still not been given its rights and with laws that have been enacted without consulting with the minority have further taken away their rights. Also, discussion focused about the institutions and organisations and their board members which voiced these injustices have had investigations initiated against them with unfounded allegations in the latest period. The purpose of these investigations is to intimidate and frighten the minority seeking their rights arising from Lausanne Treaty. The pressures from the Greek government have been instantly communicate to the whole world by minority institutions, also during EFA’s congress all the injustices and our rights taken from our hands were shared.
