President Mustafa Ali Cavus during the event was accompanied by FEP Party Board Member Yesim Hasan, Public Relations Unit Coordinator Cigdem Asafoglu and Public Relations Unit Member Gunay Sakir. FEP Party Honorary President Isik Sadik Ahmet was accompanied by International Bridge Association Board of Directors Chairwoman Serife Er and Board Members Hatice Gulsoz and Tulin Erenler Narin.
Teams from Gutersloh Western Thrace Turks Culture and Assistance Association, Lippstadt Western Thrace Turks Education and Culture Association, Meschede Western Thrace Turks Solidarity and Assistance Association, Stuttgart and Greater Region Western Thrace Turks Family Union, Viersen Western Thrace Turks Solidarity and Assistance Association and Witten Western Thrace Turks Assistance and Solidarity Association attended the ABTTF 21st Dr. Sadik Ahmet Tournament. The champion of this year’s Dr. Sadik Ahmet Football Tournament was Stuttgart Association’s football team. The first prize cup was presented to Stuttgart Association’s football team by FEP Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus.

Following the ABTTF 21st Dr. Sadik Ahmet Tournament, President Mustafa Ali Cavus and Honorary President Isik Sadik Ahmet attended the Unity Night.

FEP Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus delivered a speech at the Unity Night. He began by thanking ABTTF, Lippstadt Association’s President and Board Members, the participating association’s teams and their sportsmen for organising the ABTTF 21st Sadik Ahmet Football Tournament in memory of late leader and founder of the Party Dr. Sadik Ahmet and for sustaining love for Dr. Sadik Ahmet. He continued by explaining the sacrificial and courageous struggle given by late leader Dr. Sadik Ahmet for the Western Thrace Turkish Minority and how they were protecting his inheritance, keeping alive his dreams and ideas and fighting for the rights of the minority which are not given. Mustafa Ali Cavus also stated that ‘no member of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority willingly migrated to foreign lands, they abandoned their homes because of assimilation pressures and economic depression. We continue our political struggle for minority rights with great support for the FEP Party by our people including our fellow people in Europe who have supported our Party in every circumstance and I sincerely believe will continue to do so. President Ali Cavus ended his speech by thanking those who listened with patience.

FEP Party Honorary President Isik Sadik Ahmet also made a speech during the night in which she explained of Dr. Sadik Ahmet determination, courage and hard work.
