The Western Thrace Turkish Teachers Union’s (BTTOB) congress chaired by Ali Emin with secretarial duties carried out by FEP Party Board Member Yesim Hasan and Birsel Mustafa.

FEP Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus made a speech in which he said ‘I congratulate all teachers who have served until this day. During the most difficult times of the Western Thrace Muslim Turk I have looked the Western Thrace Turkish Teachers Union and have always stood by their ideals and goals. The Western Thrace Turkish Teachers Union has a very important place in the rightful case of the Western Thrace Muslim Turkish Minority and has had a major role in the case coming to these days.’

President Mustafa Ali Cavus was accompanied by FEP Party Social Affairs Vice President Refika Memet Adem, Youth Branch President Murat Ahmet, Board Member Yesim Hasan and Public Relations Unit Coordinator Cigdem Asafoglu.

After the elections held during the congress, among the elected BTTOB Board members was FEP Party Secretary General – Responsible for Organisation and President’s Senior Advisor Aydin Ahmet and FEP Party Board Member Vice President for Education Ramadan Duban for the Supervisory Board. The others elected as BTTOB’s Board Members were; Niyazi Hasan, Asime Hasanoğlu, Emine Ramadan, Zeliha Keskin, Hasan Boşnak, Caner Dayı. Supervisory Board: Hüseyin Ahmet and Belgin Molla Ahmet Mehmet.
