FEP PARTY PRESIDENT MUSTAFA ALI CAVUS ATTENDS XANTHI TURKISH UNION’s IFTAR

On the evening of 28th May 2017, Friendship Equality Peace (FEP) Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus, attended the Traditional Iftar Program of the Xanthi Turkish Union (XTU).
FEP Party Acting President Ahmet Kara, Vice-Presidents Ramadan Duban, Leyla Salihoglu, Secretary General Aydın Ahmet, Youth Branch President Murat Ahmet, Board Member Yesim Hasan, President Advisor Bahri Belco, CEC Members Mustafa Sargo, Ali Salihoglu, Husniye Arabacioglu, Public Relations Unit Coordinator Cigdem Asafoglu, Public Relations Unit Members Fatih Huseyin, Gunay Sakir, Gulsah Ahmet Ismail and Elif Osman along with many European Parliament member candidates accompanied FEP Party General President Mustafa Ali Cavus.
President Mustafa Ali Cavus, in his speech at the Xanthi Turkish Union’s Iftaar Program congratulated the Ramadan month of the participants and Western Thrace Turks. President Ali Çavuş also celebrated the Xanthi Turkish Union’s 90th establishment anniversary and invited Greece to comply with the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in favor of the XTU. The President continued his speech: and stated ‘ Ozan Ahmetoglu, President of the Xanthi Turkish Union and my common cause colleague, I firstly congratulate you and the XTU’s Board Members. The large turnout has really pleased, thus showing tonight’s spirit of solidarity.’ President Ali Cavus, stated that the FEP Party is and will continue with its struggle for the Western Thrace Muslim Turkish Minority’s rights with the powerful support of our minority and thanked those for listening. After the Iftaar Program of the Xanthi Turkish Union, General President Mustafa Ali Cavus, with the guest delegation and Xanthi’s Minority Representatives visited Miki Youth Association and Echinos Village. The General President encountered great interest from the people and expressed his gratitude to the locals for their great support given to the FEP Party during the European Parliament elections.
