The President and those accompanying him greeted the people in the field and were welcomed by the announcer’s poems. President Mustafa Ali Cavus firstly thanked and wished success to Republic of Turkey Deputy Prime Minister Hakan Cavusoglu on his new assignment.

President Mustafa Ali Cavus in his speech at the Bursa Western Thracians Fair firstly thanked BTTDD Bursa Branch for their kind invitation. ‘Our compatriots living in Bursa as a result of the pressures they were subjected to have migrated here and continue their customs and traditions here. I wish that such atrocities had not happened and that with this crowd this fair was held in our country.’

‘Despite all these problems we continue to stand up right and as the FEP Party to voice to the world our problems. Those who are disturbed by our existence should know that Western Thrace Turks were left in that country (Greece), with their rights guaranteed with treaties. Western Thrace Turks want to live in Greece without sacrificing its identity or being assimilated. We can give up everything but we will never give up being Turkish and Muslim.

Also, our Western Thracian brothers and sisters in Bursa and other cities are very important for Western Thrace, I hope that who participate in our signature campaign and support us by coming to Western Thrace during election periods. Lastly I wish success to all sportsmen who will participate in the oil wrestling championship.
