On Monday 23rd October 2017 , during the meeting which held at Friendship Equality and Peace (FEP) Party Headquarters with FEP Party Xanthi Plain Region village representatives mainly regional problems were discussed.

The meeting was attended along with President Mustafa Ali Cavus by Media and Press Responsible Vice President and President Advisor also Xanthi Turkish Union President Ozan Ahmetoglu, Xanthi Plain Region representatives and some CEC members.

FEP Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus expressed that ‘from the first day we took office and up today we have faced lots of difficulties, but we overcome them with the support of our people'. The president continued by saying that the FEP Party is a struggle party and nonstop will continue the struggle.

Also the President stated that the Western Thrace Turkish people have chronic problems which have not been solved yet. We try to announce our problems to Europe and World public with EFA and FUEN which we are the members of them.

Lastly Ali Cavus in his speech mentioned that the signature campaign we launched for Western Thrace Turkish community rights continue successfully and we hope from brothers of Xanthi Plain Region to show the same sensitivity on this issue.

Ozan Ahmetoglu in his speech thanked to village representatives for standing by FEP Party. Also Ahmetoglu referring the Xanthi Turkish Union case informed the attendees about the case process.
Finally, Xanthi’s Plain Region representatives expressing their pleasure thanked FEP Party for standing by local people’s side.

The meeting continued with mutual exchange of ideas and works that could be done in the upcoming period.
