FEP Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus Visits Netherlands Western Thrace Turks Associations

Friendship Equality Peace (FEP) Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus firstly visited the Netherlands Western Thrace Turks Cultural and Solidarity Association in Rotterdam.
During the visit, the President was accompanied by Acting President Ahmet Kara and Secretary General Aydin Ahmet.
FEP Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus and the delegation were welcomed by the Netherlands Western Thrace Turks Cultural and Solidarity Association’s Ibrahim Pasali and its board members. At the Association’s premises there was an exchange of ideas between the FEP Party delegation and the Association’s board members and members. The problems of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority were discussed in a mutually friendly environment. There was a particular focus on education and the closure of minority schools. Also, the situation and problems of those migrating to Europe because of the economic crises were examined. Furthermore, concern for the future was raised with university graduates not being able to find employment in the public sector in Greece, thus leaving the region. During the visit, the Netherlands Hague Western Thrace Turkish Union and Solidarity Association Founder President Kadir Ahmet was also present. FEP Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus at the end of the visit presented the Netherlands Western Thrace Turks Cultural and Solidarity Association’s Ibrahim Pasali with a framed photograph of late leader Dr. Sadik Ahmet. Afterwards, the Netherlands Hague Western Thrace Turkish Union and Solidarity Association Founder President Kadir Ahmet and its founding member in honour of FEP Party President Mustafa Ali Cavus organised a dinner. The dinner was attended by the FEP Party delegation and board members from the Netherlands Western Thrace Turks Cultural and Solidarity Association in Rotterdam. During the dinner problems of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority were discussed. Share
